ACADEMIC DRESS HIRE REFUND POLICY 2023
Academic Dress Hire Ltd trading as GradGear refunds the hire less an administration charge as follows:

Withdrawing from a ceremony will incur an administration charge of $10 up until 14 days before the ceremony.

Withdrawing from a ceremony will incur an administration charge of $20 within 14 days of the ceremony.

If we are not notified of the withdrawal, the hire fee will be forfeited. This will go towards our scholarships and grants.
Covid-19 or unforeseen events cancellations

In the event of the ceremonies being cancelled by Victoria University of Wellington, an administration fee of $5 will be applied.
